Vera May Nunn (nee Stewart)

Vera Nunn passed away at Fairvern Nursing Home, Huntsville on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at the age of 84.

Vera has left us to rejoin her late husband Vern and granddaughter Gerri-Lee Nunn.  Cherished mother of David his wife Nancy and his late wife Yvonne and Debbie and her husband Carl.  Loving grandmother of Diana, Patrick and Crystal. Step- granddaughters; Joselyne Ennest-Smith (Jamie), there children Gabe and Austin and Samantha Ennest and her children John and Ryan.Great grandmother of Cheyenne, Cody, Emma, Savannah and Abby.  Vera leaves behind her sister Marguerite, her late husband Ernie and her brothers John, his wife Delcie and Donald and his wife Bev.

 Vera was very passionate in tending her gardens.  Many people received homemade jams, pickles and baked goods. Vera always put everyone else’s needs before her own.  She will be sadly missed by family and friends. 

 A special thanks to the amazing staff at Fairvern.  They are truly caring and compassionate.

 Visitation at the Mitchell Funeral Home, 15 High Street, Huntsville on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 from 6-8 p.m and Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 12 noon to 1 p.m..

Complete service in the chapel on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 1 p.m. Reception to follow at the funeral home.
