Pasquale "Tony" Asturi

After a lengthy health battle, Pasquale “Tony” Asturi passed away peacefully on March 20th, 2020, at the Algonquin Grace Residential Hospice in Huntsville, Ontario.

Born in Maierato, Italy on April 12th, 1941, Tony emigrated to Canada in 1965, eventually settling in Barrie, Ontario.  In 1976, he and his wife, Joan moved their family to Huntsville to open their first hair salon which remains a thriving business to this day.

Tony will be remembered for his commitment to his family, business and the thousands of people who had the opportunity to sit in his chair.

He is survived by his wife, his children and all his grandchildren. 

A celebration of life will occur at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to be made to the Huntsville Hospital Foundation.
