Lorna Helen Joan Suddaby

Born January 19, 1937 and passed away peacefully on June 9, 2021

Wife of William Suddaby (deceased), mother of John (Marie) & Jeff (Bev), grandmother of 4 and great-grandmother of 5.

Joan loved to spend time with her family – including many cats and dogs over her lifetime. She appreciated hard work as well as country music and chatting over coffee. She was an avid walker, spent many hours gardening and nurtured beautiful flower gardens and bountiful fruit and vegetable crops – in both Norfolk County and Muskoka.

Joan will be dearly missed and fondly remembered for her willingness to help others and for the  twinkle in her eye.

A private service for Joan will be held for immediate family only.

In lieu of flowers please provide donations to Fairvern Nursing Home in Huntsville.
