George William "Bill" Bottomley

Bill was born in Indian Head, Saskatchewan in 1929 to parents Irene and Jack Bottomley  (predeceased)   Predeceased by his sister Marion and his brother Ed.  He is survived by his brother Bruce. 

He left the west and came to Toronto and started his lifetime career at Goodyear Tire.  He met his wife Edna Young (deceased) from Huntsville and married in 1953.  He is survived by daughter Brenda Blais (Guy), and son Bruce Bottomley,  grand-daughter Danielle Mosser (Kevin) and two great grandsons Anderson and Griffin Mosser. 

Bill moved to The Pines in Bracebridge, Ontario in 2021 with dementia where he was truly treated like family.  He died at the South Muskoka Memorial Hospital, Bracebridge on August 23, 2022.
