Muri Tebby

Muri Tebby (Warner), 73, passed away peacefully at home with family on August 9th, 2024.

 Muri was a remarkable person.  She was a devoted wife, an awesome mother, a supportive sister, a doting Nana, and a loving and genuine friend.

 She was born in Kenora Ontario and lived in several northern Ontario towns as she grew up.  She came to live in Hunstville Ontario in her teens.  It was there that she met the love of her life Harry. A love story that resulted in 52 marvellous years of marriage.  They had three children: Jodi, Lesley, and Colin, and seven wonderful grandchildren.

 Muri worked at both Proplan Buildings and Beaton Truck and Auto managing their books.  She was a favorite of her coworkers and enjoyed her time at both places of business.  In her spare time, Muri was often found curled up with a book as she was a voracious reader.  She was a creative person and spent many hours sewing clothes and projects throughout the years.

 Muri was an incredible person to so many and she will be missed dearly. 

 Following Muri’s wishes, there will be no public visitation or service.

 Donations in Muri’s name may be made to the Huntsville Hospital Foundation or Algonquin Grace Hospice.
