Passed away peacefully at the Huntsville District Memorial Hospital.  Beloved husband of the late Bernice Scott, dear father of Lisa Scott and Debby Smith.  Loving grandfather to Dayna Newman and Drew Smith.  Bob will not only be missed by his daughters and grandchildren but also by his cherished dog Lucy.   Bob will be remembered for his candid tell it like it is personality and his quick smiles.  The family would like to thank Dr. Debbie Harrold, Dr. Andrew Hudson as well as the entire Palliative team at Huntsville Hospice, the Paramed Nurses and Closing the Gap.  Memorial donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation or a charity of choice if desired.

A Funeral Service for Mr. Bob Scott was held held in the chapel of Mitchell Funeral Home on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 1 p.m. visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
