Norma was 1 of 13 children and grew up in Oxtongue, Ontario. In her younger days she had long dark hair that made her brilliant blue eyes sparkle. She married Randy Hoyle April 22, 1972 and they had 2 children. They lived in Sault Ste Marie for a number of years and returned to Huntsville in 1981 to start a home on the Hoyle farm. Norma worked at Hidden Hitch in Huntsville until it’s closure in 2008. Norma retired to a quiet life with her husband Randy. Together they planted large vegetable gardens, cut fire wood, made pickles, and maple syrup. Norma enjoyed spending time with family and looked forward to visits from grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed playing Yahtzee, especially with her sister Joyce, and son Reggie, reading, word puzzles and a good glass of wine. She looked forward to summer, enjoying BBQ’s, four-wheeling, spending time outside and walking the dogs.

We are very saddened by her sudden passing and still can’t believe she is gone. We take comfort that Norma is no longer in pain and is now in heaven with our Lord and Saviour.

Norma will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
