Harry Elvin Tebby

Harry Elvin Tebby, 73,  passed away quietly on Friday,  November 17,  2023, surrounded by the love of his life Muri, and their three children Jodi, Lesley, and Colin.

 Harry was known as a kind and gentle man with a wicked sense of humour and was a joy to be around. He was a wonderful brother to Reina and Mary-Lyn and a welcoming father-in-law to Barry, Scott, and Amol.  He was a doting grandfather to his seven grandchildren - he always had time to create adventures for them.

 Harry was born and raised in Huntsville, On. After high school he earned a diploma in Technical Engineering at Georgian College in Barrie, On.  It was there that he and Muri raised their family as he settled into his career with Bell Canada.  Sixteen years ago, he and Muri retired back to Huntsville and rebuilt his family home.

 Harry had a great love of fishing and hunting. He could be found several times a year at Grassy Lake in Northern Ontario pursuing his passions. His vegetable garden kept him busy in the summer and he enjoyed its productivity.

 Following Harry’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral service.  Donations can be made to the Algonquin Grace Hospice in Huntsville.
